Being healthy is worthier than having one million dollars. Getting exercise will make your body lean and the internal organs work properly. It also helps with the beauty as your skin will look firm due to muscles exercise.

• Another way to stay healthy is to give up smoking and drinking. Smoking can cause lung cancer and other diseases including complications for pregnant women. Excessive drinking shows negative results as well.
• For people who don’t smoke, you should stay away from people who do because studies have shown that nonsmokers are also at risk of developing cancer due to secondary smoke inhalation.
• Lastly, start the day with a positive outlook. Just as studies have shown that exercise makes a person feel happier. Smiling produces the same effect. A smile can do a lot and it is contagious in a positive sense. It brightens the day of not only yours but others as well.
